IT Support Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide expert technical support to our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that all queries are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert 2nd & 3rd level support to our client's end users worldwide
* Resolve complex technical issues, including software, hardware, and networking issues
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure quick and efficient issue resolution
* Provide training to other staff members when needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant industry certifications
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical support role
* Experience with Azure, Endpoint, and O365 technologies
* Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
