But we can assist in renewal, where necessary.Inhouse training is provided by the service, where payment of all updated certs, is carried by the company. *First Aid, *Manual handling, *Food Safety, *Child protection, *Far {first aid responder} reimbursement of payment only if you leave within the period of certification.At least 6months experienced required, work experience placement will suffice, while in college.This is a busy setting, you will be required to work on your own initiative, as well as work within a team environment. All my staff are very welcoming, so you will be helped in every way possible to settle in.General duties expected, dealing with daily reports & documentation, following guidance of policies in place, drawing up of curriculum plans, observations...Good communication skills, is essential, towards first & foremost, the children in your care, their parents, and of course your colleagues.You will be expected to manage & maintain your classroom, alongside a co-worker, keeping it to a high standard of order & cleanliness.A natural love for your job, engaging with the children through playful activities, making it a happy and fun place to be on a daily basis, nurturing the development of their little minds & exploring all areas of creativity, whilst being responsive to their everyday needs while in your care.General cleaning throughout the day, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, keeping your room in a good standard of order. End of day / evening clean up, ensuring it will be ready for the next day.
