Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Manage a portfolio or programme of Interconnected projects.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with organisational goals.
Develop detailed project plans including milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Lead project kick-off meetings and facilitate regular progress updates.
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
Capacity planning and forecasting across multiple initiative.
Experience in establishing PMO-level controls.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Project governance (budgets, schedules, risks, reporting)
Agile / Lean / hybrid delivery experience
Process optimisation and operational improvement

Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or similar.
