What's the Opportunity is seeking an experienced Sales Coach to design and deliver high-impact training for Estate Agents across Ireland.In today's competitive Irish property market, many estate agents face a common challenge: confidently articulating value to vendors (property sellers) and securing vendor-funded advertising that supports stronger outcomes. This role exists to address that challenge through structured, practical sales coaching that drives real behaviour change.You will work closely with estate agents to equip them with the skills, confidence and frameworks required to win instructions, communicate value effectively, and successfully position 's advertising solutions - particularly Advantage Ads - as part of a compelling vendor proposition.This role is first and foremost about sales capability building. While experience in estate agency or property is highly beneficial, we are equally interested in experienced sales coaches who have delivered successful training in other commercial environments and can rapidly contextualise their expertise to the property sector.What will I be doingAs a Sales Coach working with estate agents, you will focus on building sales confidence, consistency and effectiveness through structured training and ongoing reinforcement. Your responsibilities will include:Designing and delivering engaging sales training programmes tailored to estate agents operating in the Irish marketTranslating proven sales methodologies into the estate agency context, including:Value-based selling and pricing confidenceObjection handling and vendor conversationsSecuring commitment to vendor-funded advertisingDelivering impactful in-person training sessions with agencies across Ireland, with a strong emphasis on practical application, role-play and real-world scenariosCoaching agents to improve:Instruction-winning conversationsLead nurturing and conversion approachesCommunication of advertising value to vendorsProviding structured post-training support, including follow-up sessions, coaching check-ins and tailored agency action plansMeasuring the effectiveness of training through adoption, behavioural change and commercial outcomes, sharing insights with agents and internal stakeholdersCollaborating closely with 's commercial and product teams to:Identify recurring skill gaps and training needsFeedback insights that support product development and sales enablement initiativesJob requirements

What skills and experience do I needWe are looking for a highly motivated, confident, credible sales coach who can inspire experienced professionals and drive measurable improvement.Essential experience and skills:Proven experience delivering sales coaching, training or sales enablement to professionalsDemonstrated ability to drive behavioural change, not just knowledge transferStrong understanding of core sales principles, including value articulation, objection handling and closingExceptional facilitation and communication skills, with confidence leading in-person workshops and coaching sessionsAbility to build trust quickly and coach experienced professionals with credibility and empathyCommercially minded, with the ability to link training activity to business outcomesHighly beneficial (but not required):Experience working with estate agents, property professionals and/or media/advertising professionalsFamiliarity with the Irish property market Familiarity with vendor-funded advertising modelsExperience adapting sales training for regulated or high-value transaction environmentsPractical requirements:National Mobility: Based in Ireland with the flexibility and willingness to travel nationally for agency engagement and training delivery.Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal commercial teamsWhat's it like to work hereYou will have the opportunity to work with one of Ireland's fastest-growing Internet companies.
