Store Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Manager.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure. Experience within the electrical industry is highly desirable but not essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To manage staff effectively, providing guidance, support and mentorship at all times.
2. To establish effective communication channels with your team, sales representatives and management. To maintain accurate staff rotas and identify training needs in order to address them accordingly.
The ability to maintain working environments that adhere strictly to Health & Safety Legislation
Maintain motivation levels throughout the store by incentivizing employees through positive reinforcement techniques such as bonus schemes which can drive profits upwards of 20%.
