Senior Chef / Sous Chef opportunity
This is a leadership role in the culinary team where you will oversee all aspects of kitchen management and staff. As Senior Chef, your responsibilities include ensuring the quality preparation of menu items, co-ordinating roster scheduling with Exec Chef, labour costs, assisting with recruitment and overseeing staff productivity and performance.
You will have hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy controlling service from front to ensure maximum results during peak periods. Your ability to prioritise, organise delegate work assignments and oversee staff performance with prompt follow up is crucial for this role.
