HR and Payroll Specialist
The role is HR focused with support to payroll. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
* Recruitment Strategies: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* New Employee Onboarding: Oversee new employee onboarding, ensuring documentation like contracts, handbooks, and safety statements are prepared.
* Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediating workplace conflicts and implementing disciplinary actions when needed.
* Fostering a Positive Work Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and support employee well-being.
* Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs, ensuring training records are maintained.
* Payroll Management: Process monthly and biweekly wages, while maintaining accurate payroll records.
* HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administration duties and maintain HR databases.
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources or CIPD Qualification:
* Payroll Experience: Required
* Experience in HR and Payroll: At least 2 years in a fast-paced environment
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills
* Microsoft Office Suite: Strong proficiency
* Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
