Leading and Inspiring Store Teams
Taking responsibility for the overall running of your store, your primary focus will be on accomplishing and exceeding store targets while nurturing a strong Pharmacy culture.
Main Responsibilities
* Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures to ensure store profitability.
* Maintain high standards for customers and teams.
* Manage stock and cash according to company procedures.
* Supervise day-to-day store operations.
* Understand and meet commercial business needs.
* Maintain high customer service levels.
* Develop strong customer relationships.
* Efficiently manage store operations, including cost management and rostering efficiency.
* Effectively manage colleague performance, including appraisals, disciplining, coaching, motivation, and mentoring.
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation.

What We're Looking For
* 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or People Manager in a Pharmacy setting (desirable).
* The ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Previous Dispensary experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
* The ability to work in a busy environment and handle challenging situations.
* Positivity, drive, and enthusiasm, taking responsibility and making decisions.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.
* Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
* The ability to understand and analyse sales figures.
This role requires full flexibility from Monday to Saturday. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and energetic, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
