Lucey Group operates a portfolio of growing companies across technology, consulting, and digital marketplaces.
This is not a single-product sales role. You’ll work across multiple businesses, creating opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals while collaborating with technical experts when needed.

What you’ll be doing
New business and opportunity generation
Generate new opportunities through outreach, networking, and inbound leads
Run discovery conversations to understand client needs
Build early-stage relationships with potential customers
Sales process and deal management
Work with internal experts to support demos and proposals
Handle commercial conversations and guide deals to close
Pipeline and relationship management
Maintain consistent sales activity and structured pipeline tracking
Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business
Contribute to a high-performance team environment
What success looks like
Building a strong and active sales pipeline within your first few months
Confidently selling across multiple businesses in the group
Closing deals and generating commission
Becoming a reliable commercial contributor to the team
Developing repeat clients and ongoing opportunities
About you
You’ll be a great fit if you have
Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Confidence starting conversations and building relationships
A strong work ethic and motivation to succeed in sales
Good organisation and ability to manage a pipeline
Nice to have
Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, recruitment, or agency environments
Exposure to selling services, platforms, or partnerships

OTE up to €100,000 (uncapped)
