Job Title: Showroom Sales Designer
Location: South/West Dublin (Dublin 12)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to €34k + Commission/bonuses and other benefits
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Saturday, no Sundays)
Ireland’s KBB recruitment specialist, Tactical Talent, is hiring on behalf of a market-leading kitchen brand in West/South Dublin.
We’re looking for a Showroom Sales Designer to join a busy showroom team in West Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent earning potential, and long-term career development.
What You’ll Do:
* Create professional kitchen and wardrobe designs using CAD software
* Greet and guide customers through the full design and sales process
* Generate accurate quotations and follow up on all leads
* Deliver outstanding service to retail and trade clients
* Maintain showroom presentation and support the wider showroom team
* Achieve defined sales and margin targets
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years' experience in kitchen design or similar sales/design role
* Proficiency with design software like Fusion 2020, or CAD
* A confident communicator with a commercial mindset
* Proven sales skills and experience working to targets
* A positive team player with attention to detail
