About the Role
We are seeking a high‑impact
Head of Recruitment Sales
to accelerate growth across our Temp and Perm staffing solutions. This is a pivotal role where you will drive sales performance, build strategic partnerships, and ensure exceptional delivery across key National and Global clients.
You will play a central part in shaping and executing the commercial strategy, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality recruitment solutions that truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Identification (Pre‑Sales)
* Identify and research potential customers through market and competitor analysis
* Maintain and update a robust prospect database, including group mapping
* Track market trends to uncover new commercial opportunities
Sales Opportunity Development (Pre‑Sales)
* Build a deep understanding of potential clients using multiple channels (web, campaigns, referrals, networking)
* Manage and nurture leads, identifying cross‑sell opportunities
* Leverage referrals and personal networks to expand reach
Sales Qualification (Sales)
* Prepare for and lead high‑impact client meetings
* Conduct detailed needs analysis to tailor solutions
* Build strong client relationships, map key stakeholders, and assess competitor presence
* Track and prioritise opportunities to maximise conversion
Quotation, Proposal Design & Sales Closing (Sales)
* Partner with Operations to design tailored, feasible solutions
* Develop pricing strategies and cost plans to ensure competitive, profitable proposals
* Prepare and submit tenders and bids aligned with client requirements
* Negotiate terms and conditions to secure successful outcomes
* Convert opportunities into confirmed orders and oversee contract completion
Client Relationship Management (Post‑Sales)
* Monitor service delivery to ensure client satisfaction
* Build long‑term relationships that drive loyalty and retention
* Conduct feedback surveys and identify areas for improvement
* Spot new opportunities for up‑selling and cross‑selling
About You
Experience
* Proven sales experience within the staffing/recruitment industry
* Strong background managing corporate clients
* People management or team leadership experience is a strong advantage

* Deep understanding of staffing services, market benchmarks and industry trends
* Strong business development and sales capability
* Commercial acumen with experience in planning, forecasting and financial control
* Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
