This internship offers hands-on experience supporting Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across live projects, working closely with engineers, designers, and project teams.This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain practical BIM experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist in developing and maintaining BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similarSupport coordination of multidisciplinary models (Architectural, Structural, MEP)Assist with clash detection and model reviewsHelp maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentationSupport data extraction, schedules, and model-based reportsCollaborate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistencyAssist in updating and managing common data environments (CDE)RequirementsCurrently studying (or recently graduated) in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or a related disciplineBasic understanding of BIM principles and workflowsExperience or exposure to Revit (essential)Familiarity with Navisworks or other coordination tools (advantageous)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsWillingness to learn and take initiativeGood communication and teamwork skillsBenefitsAs an intern at Winthrop Technologies, you will gain far more than just work experience.
