for their client based in North Dublin.

Hours of Work
Monday - Friday 8.30 am pm (Full Time / Perm position)

Responsibilities
Processing of customer sales orders, confirming order price and delivery dates and the agreed turnaround time
Chase and follow up on estimated arrival times from the purchasing team and advising customers with updates
Managing back orders to strict deadlines
Dealing with all customer queries to the required standard
Supporting the customer service, technical support and showroom teams with other customer requirements when necessary
Involvement in standards improvements and progression with the customer experience manager
Promote products and offer alternatives that will benefit our customers
Support and liaise with purchasing on the order/sales trends of customers for forecast/budgetary purposes
Maintaining excellent customer relationships
Build and maintain excellent product knowledge
Ensure effective communication with all departments
Liaising closely with the warehouse and finance teams on outgoing orders and customer returns
Requirements
Proven experience in dealing with customer queries to the point of resolution
Excellent customer facing, telephone and electronic communication with a proven ability to be able to listen to customer queries and respond appropriately
Proven ability to solve problems and exude calmness under pressure
Well organised and excellent attention to detail
Third level qualification in business or related field is desirable
