Job Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with the business to support the delivery of a professional HR service, particularly focusing on end-to-end recruitment of high-volume factory/production-based roles and coordinating onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure accurate manning requirements
* Maintaining internal and external job boards and collaborating with recruitment agencies where required
* Sourcing and screening candidates using various channels, managing direct applications, and shortlisting for hiring managers
* Scheduling interviews with managers and ensuring timely communication of offer and regret decisions to all candidates
Supporting Processes:
* Collaborating with the Learning and Development team on induction schedules
* Assisting in the general setup and onboarding of employees
* Completing full administration duties within the recruitment and selection process while adhering to current legislation and best practices
Reporting and Compliance:
* Collating monitoring information for all vacancies and completing necessary paperwork for the annual Equal Opportunities Return
* Assisting in the collation and reporting of diversity metrics and statistics
* Ensuring compliance protocols are rigorously adhered to in all recruitment processes
Additional Responsibilities:
* Completing administrative duties in line with the role and any other duties in support of the HR department as required
Requirements:
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruitment
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to plan and prioritize workload
