About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* To ensure that all security staff comply with and adhere to the agreed assignment instructions
* To ensure security incidents are reported correctly through the incident portal employed on the assignment
* The day-to-day allocation of duties for the security staff according to the existing instructions and any additional requirement that may deem necessary
* Implementing the emergency procedures in the event of a security incident to ensure that the impact on the client is minimal
* Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* Must have Right to Work in the EU
* Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
* Valid Private Security Authority (PSA) license is desirable
