Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
* Understand client requirements and deliver appropriate IT solutions; prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
* Conduct structured account management activities, including solution reviews, technology stack assessments, and quarterly business reviews.
* Oversee renewal cycles for service contracts, software licences, and subscriptions.
* Monitor client environments and requirements, proactively addressing issues and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to support successful project delivery and ongoing service improvements.
* Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies, services, and enhancements aligned with client objectives.
* Manage scheduling and workload effectively to meet deadlines and service expectations.
* Participate in professional development initiatives to stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
* Support broader business goals and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar IT account management role, with proven success in managing and growing customer relationships.
* Strong communication, client engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
* Reliable transport for occasional travel to client sites and the company's office.
* Advantageous experience:
o Microsoft 365 licensing knowledge
o Strong technical understanding
o Ability to deliver training or client workshops
o Experience with account management platforms/CRM tools
* Full Irish driving licence required.
* Must be eligible to work and reside in Ireland (EC passport holder or current Stamp 4 Visa).
