Digital Solution Area Engineer – AI Workforce, SME&C

As an AI Workforce Solution Engineer within the AI Business Solutions team, you will lead technical engagements and guide customers through their AI transformation journey. Your responsibility is to win technical decisions and accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio & Agents by delivering compelling demonstrations, envisioning sessions, and scalable architectures. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, engineering, and partner teams to remove technical barriers, generate opportunities, and ensure seamless transitions for deployment and adoption. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help customers understand the value of Copilot and Agents in relation to their business processes, enabling them to unlock new opportunities, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional experiences for employees and customers. Your expertise in technical presentations, problem-solving, and solution design will empower organisations to harness the full potential of AI-powered productivity.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND a few years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles
OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND a couple of years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles OR equivalent experience
* A few years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, and AI productivity tools (or equivalent)
