We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team for the summer. As a member of our summer staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
* Provide companionship and engage residents in recreational activities.
* Assist with housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.
* Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
* Follow all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor.
* Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting residents.
