**Purpose of the Role**Drive product quality and process excellence by supporting manufacturing and new product development.
Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Quality) to deliver high-quality solutions, solve problems through data, and continuously improve processes.
**Key Responsibilities*** Lead root cause investigations for defects, non-conformances, and customer issues; implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Develop quality plans, product specifications, and risk assessments (e.g., FMEA).
* Support new product development to ensure robust, high-quality design and transfer to manufacturing.
* Plan and deliver projects—defining scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
* Communicate progress and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and results.
* Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
* Collaborate across functions to translate business goals into actionable outcomes.
**What You Bring*** NFQ Level 7 qualification in Engineering/Science (or equivalent experience).
* 4+ years in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
* Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
* Solid understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes.
* Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and lead initiatives.
* Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate.
