Our Client is a progressive and expanding agri business that provides its customers with an extensive varied and seasonal product range. Due to continued success, resulting in an internal expansion programme, the Client is now recruiting for the role of Sales & Marketing Executive, based out of their Wexford office. This is a full time, permanent, office-based role, suitable to those with strong agri knowledge and an interest in sales & marketing Role Requirements: * Engaging with livestock farmers (primarily dairy), assessing their needs, and recommending suitable product solutions. * Support the sales team in promotion and development of marketing campaigns * Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to farmers. * Actively contributing to achieving annual sales targets within a supportive team environment. * Assisting colleagues in coordinating and processing customer orders. * Utilizing our company's IT system to efficiently manage the order fulfilment process. * Contributing innovative ideas to support business growth and expansion. Candidate Profile: * Minimum 2 years of proven experience interacting with farmers in a commercial agricultural setting. * Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of dairy farming systems and practices. * 3rd level qualification in Agricultural Science (or equivalent). * Strong understanding of dairy farming operations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective farmer interaction. * Proactive and results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude. * Strong administrative and IT skills. * Ambition to grow within the agricultural services sector.
