Project Coordinator Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects on time, ensuring the highest level of service and quality.
* Manage end-to-end project delivery from award to client handover.
* Develop systems and methods for product delivery.
* Coordinate with Commercial Manager, Design Manager, and Production Manager.
* Oversee multiple fitting crews on sites.
* Ensure Safety and Quality aspects of each project.
* Report cost implications to Commercial manager.
* Responsible for project delivery from award to client handover.
* Overall responsibility for site activities such as Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety.
* Manage onsite sub-contractors' induction.
* Ensure the company meets all statutory requirements including Insurance, EHS, and on-site activities.
* Responsibility for lifting plant and equipment to complete works.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in structural and civil engineering projects.
* Construction Management Qualification (SMSTS).
* Ability to produce, implement, and manage overall project delivery plans.
* Setting out and site experience essential.
* Strong management skills and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
