Job Summary
As a Support Pharmacist in our leading pharmacy chain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of customer care and dispensing services. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Adhere to statutory regulations relating to medicinal product supply as per the Pharmacy Act 2007.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to standard operating procedures for dispensing and hygiene as per the Pharmacy Act 2008.
* Evaluate health and safety issues and report them to the managing pharmacist.
* Provide advisory roles on over-the-counter medicines and ensure staff are aware of counter prescribing procedures.
Requirements:
* Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
* Excellent customer interaction skills and passion for meeting customer needs.
* Personable communication skills to build rapport with customers.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer care in a community-based pharmacy setting.
