Overview
eir business are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for a day rate contract position with our client based in Dublin.
Mandatory:
1. Experience: Minimum 7 years in a Business Analyst role; experience in Agile environments and as a Product Owner; proficient user of Microsoft Azure DevOps.
2. Telecommunications Architecture knowledge (MS Teams Phone infra, SIP, QoS, DSCP)
3. Low-code/no-code / PowerApps
4. Public-sector procurement legislation experience
5. MS Visio working knowledge.
6. Education: Level 8 Degree (Bachelor's) in Computer Science.
7. Certifications: Professional qualification in Business Analysis or Product Development (BCS, IIBA, CBAP/CCBA, Agile BA)
Agile framework certification.
8. Language Proficiency: Native English or CEFR C2 certification.
Skills and Competencies:
9. Ability to author Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
10. Experience working on Telecommunications Architecture with an understanding of MS Teams Phone Architecture, SIP trunking concepts and network prerequisites (QoS, DSCP, latency, jitter)
11. Proven skill in planning and facilitating requirements elicitation workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
12. Competence in applying MoSCoW prioritisation and maintaining a requirements traceability matrix.
13. Experience evaluating commercial off the shelf (COTS) solutions and performing fit gap analyses.
14. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps and equivalent platforms
15. Ability to define cloud specific nonfunctional requirements and assess SaaS offerings against them.
16. Working knowledge of GDPR
17. Understanding of Irish public-sector procurement legislation and OGP best practice.
18. Proficiency in creating BPMN process maps in Microsoft Visio and developing use cases and user story epics.
19. Experience defining data migration requirements and validation procedures.
20. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with a range of stakeholders, including at senior level
21. Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum or Kanban) and managing product backlogs.
22. Proficiency with requirements management tool, Azure DevOps
23. Ability to design and apply scoring frameworks for vendor evaluation against requirements.
