Job Title: Swimming Instructor
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Swimming Instructor to join our team in Ballina & Castlebar. As a permanent part-time position, you will work approximately 10 hours over 3 days per week (Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to engage with children aged 0-5 years and possess a kind, playful and active personality.
* This role involves delivering swimming lessons for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.
Please note that this job requires flexibility as classes are held between 10-12 midweek and between 9-5 on weekends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field is not required but relevant qualifications such as swimming instructor certificates would be advantageous.
* A minimum of one year experience working with children aged 0-5 years,
* A full driver's license is necessary along with your own car to travel from lesson location if needed,
* You must demonstrate commitment towards customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service at all times!
