Ward Personnel require a Civils Site Manager to manage a land development project in Co. Cork.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring their successful completion on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site officials to ensure smooth project execution.
* Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
* Conduct regular site inspections in coordination with the safety officer and other relevant bodies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
* Communicate regularly with project team members to provide updates on project progress.
* Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
* Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or site management.
* Strong knowledge of civils.
* Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
* Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
