In this role, you will play a main role in managing end to end delivery of nCino/Loan Origination System (LOS) implementation related requirements for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a good expertise in delivery management across multiple nCino/LOS implementation projects. Were looking for someone who will: Lead the end-to-end delivery of key business requirements ensuring high quality outcomes. Develop and maintain Project plans, timelines & also monitor project progress and key delivery milestones. Identify risks- mitigate them and escalate the risks and issues as needed Act as the primary contact between various squads to ensure timely delivery of business requirement, communicate updates, milestones and risks to relevant stakeholders Co-ordinate with cross functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, Design team and foster collaboration to ensure all teams area aligned on project goals/timelines. Collaborate with Architects and Technical leads to validate system design and integrations, oversee configuration, customisation and deployment activities Identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance delivery efficiencies. You will need to show us that: You have managed delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time You are familiar with LOS platforms like nCino. You have in depth understanding of LOS systems, APIs, Integrations, cloud solutions. You have good knowledge of Data migration and System testing methodologies You have worked in Agile environment and experienced in agile methodologies & ceremonies. Experience and Skills required 10+ years in IT project delivery with at least 5 years in LOS implementations Well versed with Agile methodologies and Ceremonies. Support Design/Delivery teams from requirement finalisation till delivery of the solution. Track record of delivering complex requirements in LOS implementation projects Exceptional Communicational Skills (both verbal and written). Preferred Certifications PMP, Agile (SM or PO).
