My client, one of Ireland's leading Civil Engineering Contractors are now searching for a Contracts Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Dublin working on various projects such as commercial, residential, data centres etc.Role:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentationManagement of SubcontractorsManagement of Junior Engineers Schedule works programs, resources and materials, equipment Ensure all safety procedures are followed Stay abreast of trends in relevant industry fields Understanding of Health and Safety requirements Working to KPI's Tendering Management Project Management Customer account management Financial management of projects Participate in the development strategy for the company Participate in business plans development Generate New Business Existing Business/Process improvements Training Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contractsWork proactively to ensure performance targets are metShare knowledge and impart skills to other team membersAssist in any other duties which may encompass the roleRequirements:Third Level qualification in Civil EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience at Project Management levelFull Clean Driving Licence Managing People Salary:Salary circa €100k - €110k DOECompany VehicleBenefits Package
