We are seeking aGraduate Field Service Engineer/ Technical Service Specialistto join our our clients core Diagnostics team. This role is perfect for ambitious graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in technical service, maintenance, and customer support in the medical diagnostics sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providingfirst-line technical serviceto customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Performing planned and predictive maintenanceon diagnostic instruments.
* Assisting withhardware and software updatesand documentation.
* Supportinginstallations and deinstallationsof medical equipment.
* Working closely with lab staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal equipment performance.
* Travelling within your service area to support clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* ABachelor’s degreein one of the following:, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, orElectronic EngineeringorRobotics a related field.
* OR
* A Trade QualificationinElectricalORMechanicalORMechanics.
* Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellentcommunication skills(both verbal and written).
* A proactive mindset with acustomer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Good computer skills and familiarity with analytical tools/software.
