We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing mortgage and protection business processing and submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing mortgage applications and ensuring timely submission to lenders
* Managing customer updates and communication
* Dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers, and mortgage lenders
* Meeting daily activity targets and working within a team to take on administrative duties

Requirements:

* 1 year's experience in an administrative role ideally in a financial services role
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Ability to understand complex information clearly
* Work well within a team
* Natural eye for detail
