Job Title: Deputy General Manager - Luxury Corporate Catering
Job Description
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury corporate catering unit in Cork City Centre. Your primary focus will be on people management, food and beverage operations, visitor experience, and client activities.
* Manage the site to a high standard, in line with client contract and general manager direction.
* Ensure daily cash procedures are followed, including petty cash, lodgements, safe checks, etc.
* Maintain a world-class visitor experience across the whole site and meet all service and financial KPIs.
* Provide regular reports to the general manager on budgeted KPIs, team training and development, customer satisfaction, and quality compliance.
* At least 3 years' experience in hotels or contract catering.
* A high degree of knowledge of food hygiene, including HACCP and facilities management (an advantage).
* A passion for fresh food and service.
