We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to join our in‑house team and take ownership of our social media and digital content across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content on the ground, working closely with a retail team, spotting trends early, and using performance insights to improve results
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage social media content across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook
Shoot and edit short‑form video content (mobile‑first)
Create, monitor, and optimise organic and paid social ads
Support monthly content shoots with additional self‑shot content
Track performance and provide monthly insights and recommendations
Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms
What Were Looking For
24 years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong short‑form video creation and editing skills
Experience managing social media accounts end‑to‑end
Comfortable analysing insights and adjusting content or ads accordingly
Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
