Overview
We are looking for a
Front End Developer
to join a collaborative team working on modern, user-focused web applications with a geospatial twist.
The role is fully remote and initially offered as a
6-month contract
, with strong potential for extension.
Responsibilities
Build scalable, responsive web applications using
Ext JS
and
Angular
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality user experiences
Integrate mapping libraries and geospatial services into applications
Consume and integrate REST APIs (JSON/XML) with front-end code
Ensure secure coding practices and modular development
Work with backend, GIS, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Support Agile delivery in Scrum ceremonies
Skills Required
Strong experience with
Ext JS (Sencha Ext JS)
Solid Angular development experience
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
Experience with REST APIs and web services (JSON/XML)
Version control experience (Git or TFS)
Agile/Scrum delivery experience
