Key responsibilities include:

* Translating business problems into well-defined products and technical requirements.

* Delivering actionable insights by synthesizing data, user research, and input from cross-functional teams.

* Bridging the gap between technical implementation and business/user needs to ensure solutions are both feasible and valuable.

* Collaborating with Product Managers to gather, document, and validate requirements and use cases.

* Conducting user research, workflow analysis, and competitive assessments to inform decisions.

* Creative reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey insights and inform strategic direction.

* Writing user stories, defining success metrics, and contributing to Agile planning sessions.

* Monitoring post-launch product performance and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

* Identifying process and system enhancements to improve team efficiency and product outcomes.

Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or product role.

* Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

* Experience or Exposure to Design and basic UI/UX principles.
">
* Strong understanding of large data sets, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.
">
* Experience working in Agile product teams, contributing to user stories, and participating in sprint rituals.
