INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Project Manager Project Commercial - €50 M+ Job Location Dublin City Salary €80,000 - €90,000 + Package About the Company Very busy Tier 1 Main Contractor specialising in D&B Residential and Commercial Projects valued up to €200 M across the Leinster Region.
They work across a broad range of sectors and are keen to chat to strong Project Managers who are capable of running projects from start to handover groundworks underpinning piling, frame up, fit out, M&E etc.
Ideally looking someone with experience with a large main contractor or developer in Dublin who has managed the complete construction of projects valued over €20 M.
The Role Manage the complete construction from start through to handover in a commercial project.
Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
Attend weekly fortnightly meetings with Contracts Director and Client to update them on the progress of the project.
Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
Report to and support the Contracts Director to ensure smooth completion of project.
Be the number one on site for all direct and indirect staff.
Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
Work closely with the Senior Engineer to ensure the quality of works being completed.
Coordinate all finishings including internal and external getting the houses ready for sell.
Handover the houses to client in preparation for sale.
Requirements Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
Proven record of managing mission critical projects from start to finish.
A minimum of 5+ years experience in a senior management role in Dublin Experience managing commercial projects valued over €20 M from start to handover.
Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
Efficiently uses software like Auto Desk, Pro Core, ms project etc.
Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/Power Point with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
