We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our historic establishment and contribute to our long-standing reputation for quality. This is an exciting opportunity to work with fresh, local ingredients in a stunning West of Ireland setting. Key Responsibilities Station Management:Lead and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to our high standards. Quality Control:Assist the Head Chef in maintaining consistency, portion control, and excellent food presentation. Inventory Oversight:Monitor stock levels for your station and assist with daily ordering and rotation. Compliance:Maintain rigorous health, safety, and food hygiene (HACCP) standards at all times. Team Collaboration:Support and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Requirements Experience:At least 23 years of experience in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment. Skills:Strong culinary technical skills and the ability to work under pressure during busy services.
