Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Healthcare Assistant at Bluebird Care Kerry & West Cork. The Healthcare Assistant will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Day-to-day tasks will include assisting with personal care, supporting medication management, maintaining health and safety standards, and offering companionship and emotional support. The role requires working closely with clients and their families to deliver personalized care plans that cater to individual needs.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Patient Care and a compassionate approach to supporting diverse health and personal care needs.
* Knowledge of Manual Handling practices and adherence to Health & Safety protocols.
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to clients' changing needs.
* Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is beneficial but not mandatory.
* A relevant certification or qualification in healthcare or care assistance is essential.
