Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns
* Coach and lead a team of recruiters
* Partner with clients to ensure full headcount fulfillment and timely reporting
* Coordinate daily pipeline reviews, compliance checks, and onboarding activities
In this leadership position, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment systems and service levels. You will also represent our division at client meetings, workforce planning calls, and internal performance reviews.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Recruitment, or a related field
* 2-3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to high-volume or onsite models
* Strong working knowledge of Irish employment standards and candidate compliance
* Excellent communication, reporting, and client engagement skills
* A process-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple roles and stakeholders
