Bid Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bid Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Bid Leader, including reporting on activities and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
- Report on all activities to the Bid Leader.
- Calculate product proposals in alignment with stakeholders (internal & external).
- Maintain and update Pricing in ERP system.
- Develop measures to optimize internal calculation and offer processes.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and written and verbal communication skills. They should also be able to work under sustained pressure in a competitive environment and have good knowledge of internal processes and relationships.
