Salary: €36,605.00
Working Hours: Monday‑Friday, 39 Hours per Week, 9 am – 5.30 pm
The Student Experience Specialist (Global Partners) is a highly specialised role responsible for the strategic planning, risk management, and end‑to‑end operational governance of the College's study abroad and transnational education cohorts. Acting as the primary institutional support for global partner relationships, this Specialist manages critical workflows with international partners and cross‑border stakeholders.
The role exercises high‑level professional judgement and advisory expertise to oversee complex support services and design comprehensive co‑curricular programmes. By balancing high‑level stakeholder management with specialised student support, the Specialist directly protects the reputation of Dublin Business School within the highly competitive global mobility market, driving international student retention and high‑value corporate partnership continuity.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the operational point of contact and relationship manager for international partner institutions, academic coordinators, timetables, and onsite coordinators to maintain institutional confidence and compliance.
Support, budget, and govern the end‑to‑end non‑academic lifecycle framework for inbound global mobility cohorts, ensuring pre‑arrival, orientation, and transition plans meet the partners' quality standards.
Coordinate, design, risk‑assess, and manage a complex, high‑budget calendar of co‑curricular educational programmes, study tours, and field operations. Personally lead domestic and international mobile cohorts (approx. 15% travel) under strict health and safety protocols.
Provide high‑level, specialised pastoral and advisory support to overseas students facing complex cross‑cultural adjustment, mental health, or housing crises, utilising professional discretion to manage escalations.
Coordinate, facilitate, and manage official VIP campus visits from international university dignitaries, deans, and foreign academic auditors, ensuring the College's international mobility infrastructure is flawlessly presented.
Oversee the structural alignment and execution of registration and orientation initiatives, collaborating with academic departments to maximise the co‑curricular and systemic integration of global students into the wider campus community.
Maintain sensitive student records across international frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to Irish Data Protection legislation (GDPR) and institutional privacy regulations.
