Work initially to produce baked goods mainly authentic sourdough bread. The hours available are evening hours four to five days Monday to Friday.
Duties include, weighting out ingredients, mixing of doughs, handling the sourdoughs during fermentation, preshaping, shaping and retarding of the Sourdough Breads etc. Helping to bake breads, clean down of mixers cleaning up and some dish washing at shift end
