The facility is responsible for tablet manufacturing (OSD) and secondary packaging (blister packing and bottle primarily for tablets and capsules), and our client is looking for a Microbiology Lab Manager to help maintain manufacturing operations.What you’ll do:Lead and manage day-to-day microbiology laboratory operations within a GMP environmentOversee environmental monitoring, sterility and microbiological testing activitiesEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain audit readinessManage, develop, and performance lead a team of microbiology analystsWhat you’ll need:Strong experience in a GMP regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environmentProven leadership experience within a microbiology or QC laboratoryHands‑on expertise in microbiological techniques such as EM, sterility, and endotoxinExperience managing deviations, CAPAs, and supporting regulatory inspections
