We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key multiple retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the relationships with Key Accounts
* Drive the promotional planning cycles internally for your assigned Accounts
* Work closely with the NPD team to develop the correct range and formats to deliver growth for your respective customers
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, collaborating with demand planning and production teams
* Develop and support the negotiation of Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with key retail and convenience customers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and represent retailer stakeholders internally
Requirements:
* 2-3 years sales and customer management experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* A genuine passion for people, problem-solving, and driving results
* Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
* Sharp commercial instincts
* Resilience, curiosity, and a growth mindset
* An entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take ownership of challenges
* Full clean driving license
