We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our food manufacturing team, working across the preparation, production, and cooking areas of our factory. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to product quality, hygiene, and food safety.Previous experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food production environment is desirable, but full training will be provided, including food safety and health & safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation, production, and cooking of food products in a factory settingUse knives and kitchen tools safely and efficiently – good knife skills are essentialFollow detailed recipes and production processes to ensure consistency and product qualityWeigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately according to specificationsComplete required production paperwork and records in line with EU legislationMaintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all timesFollow "clean as you go" practices to keep work areas hygienic throughout the shiftEnsure correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all timesAdhere to all site health & safety and hygiene proceduresWork collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targetsBe flexible and willing to learn new tasks or rotate between roles as neededCandidate requirements:Understanding of written and spoken English to:Follow work instructions and production processesComplete required documentation accurately, as per EU legislationExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistentlyAwareness of health & safety in the workplace (training provided)Commitment to food safety standards – training providedComfortable wearing and working with PPE in a food manufacturing environmentAbility to work well in a team and communicate effectivelyPhysically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced, hands-on rolePrevious experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food production environment is desirableGood knife handling and food preparation skills5 days per week Tuesday to Saturdays,Working hours 9am to 6pmJob Type: Full-timePay: €13.50 per hourBenefits:Employee assistance programOn-site parkingWork authorisation:Ireland (required)Location:Clonard, CO.
