Retail Go to Market Strategy and Execution Job
Job Description:
This role involves leading the retail go-to-market strategy and execution in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail industry, along with experience in sales management and customer-centricity.
* 12+ years of sales & sales management experience in the disputes and payments space, with a proven track record of guiding strategy, operations, and day-to-day functions.
* Strong knowledge and experience within the payments space, including collaboration with internal/external teams to assist with successful integrations.
* Knowledge of chargebacks and the issuer's role in managing/mitigating chargebacks.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing the retail go-to-market strategy for the EMEA region.
2. Collaborating with account executives and their teams to advance the pipeline by infusing industry expertise into account strategy.
3. Partnering with key buying center executives to shorten deal lifecycles by highlighting business value and competitive differentiators.
4. Analyzing and reporting on the global retail business to understand trends, opportunities, needs, KPI impact, and movement against goals.
5. Using data to influence and drive results, as well as reinforce high-yield actions.
6. Developing an integrated sector/geo strategy, including goals, growth focus, investments, and M&A pursuits.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's and/or master's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, technology, or related fields.
* Experience producing thought leadership content and communications for an international audience.
* Exceptional written, presentation, and delivery communication skills – strategic, top-down, concise.
* Able to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations.
* Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to prioritize independently shifting workloads in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
