Responsibilities Include NPI Project Management
About the Role:
* Lead and manage new product introduction projects from concept to commercial release.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and manufacturing.
* Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Candidates Must Possess a Strong Background in Engineering, Preferably With Experience in Regulated Manufacturing Environments.
* Degree in Engineering or Related Field
* Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Product Development or Manufacturing
* Excellent Communication Skills and Ability to Work Collaboratively
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Proven Experience in Process Development and Technology Transfer, With a Strong Understanding of Validation Protocols and Quality Systems.
