Key Responsibilities
Private and Public M&A
Advising clients on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic investments.
Capital Markets & Equity Transactions
Supporting on equity capital markets matters, governance issues, and public company advisory work.
Private Equity, Venture Capital & Growth Equity
Working with investors, sponsors, and growth-stage companies on funding rounds and strategic investments.
Corporate Governance & Advisory
Providing strategic advice across corporate restructures, governance, company law, and broader commercial matters throughout the business life-cycle.
Collaborative Client Solutions
Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide innovative, technology-led legal solutions to clients.
Essential Skills and Experience
Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE
Strong corporate law experience gained within a medium or large commercial firm in Ireland or the UK
Excellent academic background
Proven technical expertise across corporate transactions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent prioritisation ability
Collaborative team player with commercial awareness
