Description:
The position of ServiceNow Solution Architect is a critical role in our organization's technology department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
* You will have 6+ years of experience working in a design and development role for a ServiceNow platform.
* You must possess at least 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
This role requires someone who has successfully transitioned technology from locally focused to centralized service organizations. Your understanding of ITSM functions and modules within ServiceNotelements such as RESTful Web Services and APIs will also be crucial.
Skillset required:
1. A deep knowledge base that encompasses best practices in IT security (ITIL), COBIT standards, ISO guidelines,
and thorough proficiency with workflow development to support various teams across your organization.
Additionally, having sound coding skills specifically
with JavaScript combined with an ability to leverage GlideRecord would put you ahead.
