Service Advisor
Our client, a market leading employer in the motor sector, based in Limerick, has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Advisor to join their team.

The Role:
Reporting to Aftersales Manager, the Service / After Sales Advisor will present a friendly and professional face to customers and provide efficient administrative to other departments.
Responsibilities to include:
·Answering the telephone and booking in customers for services
·Maintaining a daily diary
·Welcoming customers to the showroom and checking their details on arrival
·Documenting the customers' car problems and passing the information to the mechanics
·Consulting with mechanics about repairs
·Answering questions about service outcomes (after consulting with the mechanic if necessary)
·Consulting with customers and mechanics to schedule car check-ups and service appointments
·Giving the customer, an approximate cost and time it will take for repairs to be completed
·Invoicing the service charge and receiving payment
Skills & Experience that we need:
·Previous Reception/ Service/ After Sales experience
·Prior experience in the motor industry would be a distinct advantage
·Initiative-taking professional with excellent customer service skills
·Excellent administration skills
·Collaborator
·Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills
The Offer:
This position is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills and experience but expected base salary of up to €32K - €35K per annum, and the opportunity to work in a wonderful team environment.
Hours of work – Onsite in Limerick -9am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
