eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a Project Manager (Organisational Change). This is a day rate contract position located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days on-site per week. The duration of this contract is 12 months.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to support the establishment of a new department within a government organisation. Working closely with the Programme Manager, this role will play a critical part in coordinating multiple workstreams, ensuring effective communication across teams, and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring smooth alignment and progress against programme objectives.
2. Maintain structured project documentation including meeting notes, action logs, and status updates.
3. Follow up diligently on actions, driving accountability and progress across internal teams and external stakeholders.
4. Support the Programme Manager in planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
5. Act as a key point of contact for project coordination, ensuring clarity and momentum on deliverables.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with senior governmental stakeholders, winning trust and engagement to support programme success.
7. Anticipate challenges and escalate risks/issues promptly with recommended solutions.
8. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture within the new department.
Skills & Experience
9. Proven experience in project coordination or management within complex organisations, ideally government, public sector, or large-scale programmes.
10. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
12. A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong follow-through on actions.
13. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
14. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira, or equivalent).
15. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile, etc.) is an advantage.
