About the Role: My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Validation Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a background in validation to further their career. The role is cross-functional and key to developing the client’s validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate, execute, and close out validation projects for existing and new product introductions
* Participate in project teams, determine schedules, and define appropriate validation levels
* Execute and document risk assessments related to validation activities
* Investigate and resolve deviations during qualification activities
* Support departmental and site objectives, including assigned projects
* Foster positive cross-functional relationships
* Assess validation needs (e.g., new equipment, change controls), monitor project status, and provide timely updates
* Maintain validation status through reports and meetings, collaborating with project managers
* Ensure GMP compliance and stay informed on validation innovations
* Develop and execute validation protocols, review change controls, and prepare documentation
* Contribute to validation standards and support departmental growth
* Represent the client professionally to management and auditors, supporting inspections
* Liaise with QA personnel to complete project documentation within defined timeframes
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in a GMP environment
* Experience in validation projects and end‑to‑end qualification (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ)
* Knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems and automation
* Strong communication skills, including presenting technical information to non‑SME audiences
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
* Self‑starter with the ability to drive long‑term objectives
* Quick to gather, understand, analyse, and interpret information and concepts
* A proactive, solution‑focused team player
